Architectural House Plans

Concept design & Sketch plans – a plan that illustrates the design and planning for a building or home, and can contain architectural drawings, specifications of the design, calculations and other documentation. This could be of existing building structure where an addition or alteration needs to be done, where the structure needs to be update for records. For new buildings, homes and complexes that need to be submitted for approval by the local council. For swimming pool plans, carport and garages.

Billboard Submission Plans

Municipal s ubmission plans the are required to be done for the approval and positioning of where a billboard need to be constructed.

Site Development Plans

Also known as SDPs – This is usually required when there is a development of multiple dwelling by a Client or Investor / Developer, or if the use of a building is to be used of occupations other than residential use. SDPs illustrate details such as the footprint and position of the structure, facilities, parking public open spaces, drainage and storm water, and any other requirement that the municipality and other internal departments would require in order to ensure the property and its use is up to its potential and meets all laws that might pertain to it.

The physical submission of municipal plans to the relevant municipalities.

Municipal Record Purpose

Also known as, As-Built Drawings - If you are selling your house, and don’t have approved plans, you could find yourself in a lot of trouble. And if you are buying a house, and don’t ask whether the seller has approved plans, you might end up inheriting some very expensive problems. Municipal record plans are also done for clients whom have properties, but the local municipalities do not have an existing record of plans for that particular property or home.

3D renderings

3D rendering is the 3D computer graphics process of converting 2D models into 3D images on a computer. 3D renders may include photorealistic effects or non-photorealistic styles, depending on what the client requires. This is a very good visual marketing tool that we supply for developers to use to market their buildings as well as for home owners to have a visual idea of the look of their home. This is usually done once the majority of the design work is decided on. We also use this to supply our clients with internal renderings for if they would like to have a kitchen, bedroom or other single space that you they may need a clearer perspective on.
