About Us

Our Story

The Plan Architecture is an Architectural Firm that was started in Uitenhage, South Africa in 2019 by its principal Professional Architectural Technologist and director Melinda Verwey. Although we are based in Uitenhage, we service all surrounding areas in the Eastern Cape, such as Port Elizabeth, Despatch, Jeffreys Bay, Cape St. Francis, Gamtoos, Kirkwood and Addo.

We have substantial experience in residential and commercial type buildings.

We also assist Sellers/Buyers of home, with the service of having municipal record plans plans done in order to achieve a true reflection of what is on site and ensure that any illegal structures are seen to before the purchase of a property. Soon, we will also be branching out our expertise further into the Real Estate market in order to further assist our clients with any sale or purchase of property and homes that their heart might desire.

We enjoy working hand in hand with developers to provide them with designs and plans to bring their construction projects to life. We have a lot of experience in working with and connecting our client to other professionals in the built environment, e.g.: Engineers, as well as working closely alongside the local municipalities for the municipal submissions of architectural plans.
